Zhejiang Tanlet Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1998 and operates manufacturing bases in Wenzhou and Lishui, Zhejiang, with a combined area of more than 133,334 m² and 500 employees, including 116 managerial and R&D staff.
The company holds 130+ national patents and manufactures process equipment and integrated production systems for pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, botanical extraction, food, fine chemical, fermentation, new energy and electronic chemical applications.
Its scope covers process design, engineering design, equipment manufacturing, automation, installation, commissioning and validation.
Manufacturing Scope
Tanlet manufactures equipment for extraction, concentration, evaporation, purification, separation, solvent recovery, fermentation, reaction and drying. The portfolio includes extractor tanks, evaporators, purification and separation equipment, solvent distillation and recovery systems, fermentation equipment, reactors, drying equipment and non-standard process equipment.
Integrated systems include TCM extraction and concentration, oral liquid preparation, bio-fermentation, MVR evaporation and crystallization, multi-effect evaporation, heat-pump evaporation, modular heat-pump distillation, integrated distillation and desolvation, and CIP systems.
Production Capability
The manufacturing bases support production of process vessels, extraction equipment, evaporators, reactors, fermentation tanks, separation equipment, solvent recovery systems, drying equipment, heat exchangers, storage tanks, CIP systems and non-standard equipment.
The extractor range covers 500 L to 10,000 L, with specifications covering design pressure, design temperature, heating area, condensing area and cooling area.
R&D & Engineering
Tanlet has 116 managerial and R&D staff and 130+ national patents, including multiple invention patents. Its engineering scope covers process design, equipment selection, engineering design, automation, installation, commissioning and validation for integrated process systems.
Customers & Markets
Tanlet serves pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturers, TCM and botanical extraction companies, fermentation producers, food and food-ingredient manufacturers, fine chemical companies, new energy material producers, electronic chemical companies and engineering/EPC customers.
For overseas projects, Tanlet provides equipment supply together with installation, commissioning and technical support.
Certifications & Qualifications
Tanlet holds qualifications covering pressure equipment, pressure piping and industrial engineering, including Class I, II and III Pressure Vessel Design & Manufacturing, Class GC2 Pressure Piping Installation, ASME, CE, and a Hazardous Chemical Industrial Product Production License.
Customer Visits & Exhibitions
Tanlet supports customer factory visits and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) before shipment. Customers can inspect equipment and review manufacturing progress through factory documentation and production records.
Tanlet participates in international industry exhibitions. In 2026, the company participated in CPHI Thailand as part of its overseas pharmaceutical equipment business development.
